Album reviews

No joke – new reviews!

That wasn’t even click-bait. Because I have actually got some lovely new reviews for you, which are live now exclusively at Metal-Rules.com

Because music is no joke. Serious business yeah? Well at least these releases aren’t laughable.

Mount Salem – Endless (Lovely lady sung Sabbath/doom stuff to space out to)

Overkill – The Killing Kind (Ok so this isn’t so new, but that’s how these guys become legends, by having a big back catalogue)

Volume IV – Long In The Tooth (Yeah so you should probably give these guys a listen. Because you know stoner/sludge/doom/blues/groove is good for you)

Hear me review

Whilst things may have been quieter here, I haven’t just been slacking off. Promise. In fact I’ve contributed a handful of reviews to Metal-Rules.com’s February output, which you can find here – http://bit.ly/1bhlFKH

More specifically my ones are:

Blackberry Smoke (The Whippoorwhill) – http://bit.ly/1bhlm2l

Dream Theater (Octavarium – yea I know, old) – http://bit.ly/1bMV5G4

Kamchatka (The Search Goes on) – http://bit.ly/1eglB0i

Sister (Disguised Vultures) – http://bit.ly/1abvgUO

Whilst you’re at it you can check out the best of 2013 lists which I contributed to – http://bit.ly/1eoLh9w

You can even see my own one, although weird divisions means it’s all out of place. I had Clutch – Earth Rocker at top. So there you go.
